Sexy hunk Hrithik who is loosing all his extra flab around his waist, which he had gained for Guzaarish movie.
It took the hazel-eyed star less than a month to shed the flab and now he is all set to raise the bar of fitness for KJo’s next remake of Agneepath. Hrithik’s trusted trainer Satyajit Chaurasia is working hard to bring him to a shape, to reprise the role of Hindi cinema’s iconic hero Vijay Dinananth Chauhan"Hrithik is undergoing a special exercise regimen for four hours every day. He spends an hour doing cardio every morning and three hours in the evening lifting weights," informs Chaurasia.

The instructor explains about the diet chart of Hrithik as, "He has to eat lots of chicken and consume 22 eggs every day. He breaks down the intake of eggs through the day, taking four in a single shot. This makes it easier for him to stick to his diet."
Adds Chaurasia, "To begin with, we are working on expanding his arms. When we started out his arms measured sixteen-an-a-half inches. We need to notch up 18."
The actor and his trainer have set themselves a deadline of two months to achieve the perfect form. Lets wait to see the perfect shape on the silver screen! I guess your fans can’t wait to have a glimpse of the new look!
