Nayantara who is all time lying low after so much of news about her personal relationship with Prabhu Deva, had even restricted her movies in South (Tamil,Telugu, Kannada,Malayalam) is expected to have a grand entry in Bollywood but she is saying a strict no to Hindi films.Earlier reports suggested that since she is dating Prabhu Deva, who has a good set of Bollywood friends, as he had directed Salman Khan starer movie Wanted under Boney Kapoor’s banner, has a good chance of making a grand debut in Hindi like her counterparts, under a big banner and a starry launch .

Even when Prabhu Deva was offered to make the sequel to Wanted names like Nayantara were suggested to play Salman’s heroine as Salman preferred heroines from South after Asin and Trisha’s entry to Bollywood.When Malayalam movie Bodyguard, which was to be remade in Hindi, which also has Salman in the lead, Nayantara was considered as she was the lead in the original Malayalam movie. Nayanthara was approached to do the female lead role in the Hindi remake version but it seems Nayanthara rejected this offer.
While speaking about this Nayanthara was reported to have said,” I have already told my decision regarding me acting in Hindi films. I was never ever interested in acting in Hindi films. I don’t want to be like someone there. Now South Indian films are very popular. Bollywood actors give good reception to Tamil and Telugu films. When the situation is like this, what is the necessity for me to act in Hindi films? I am interested to act in South Indian language films only.”
Nayantara whohas signed a Telugu film where she plays Sita. Other than that she also has a Malayalam film Elektra and a Kannada movie Super in her kitty.
