Filmmaker Selvaraghavan has almost completed shooting for his next film starring
Andrea in lead roles. Much prior to commencing this project, Selva was supposed to make a period film set in backdrops of 5th century with Rana. However the project wasn’t approved by Rana’s home production as the producers felt that it could be an award-winning film and not commercially successful.
Off the late, Selvaraghavan narrated another film, which happens to be a feel-good romantic story that seems to have appealed to the senses of Rana. Since the actor was busy with Puri Jaganathan’s ‘Nenu Naa Rakshashi’, he decided to start the film’s shooting after this completion.
Recent buzzes doing rounds in Telugu film industry is that Selvaraghavan has signed Richa Gangopadhyay for the female lead role. She had earlier paired with Rana in Leader and her recent release Nagavalli has won her incredible laurels.
This is expected to be a bilingual film made simultaneously in Tamil and Telugu. G.V. Prakash will score music while Selvaraghavan’s most favorite Vel Raj will handle cinematography.
Selvaraghavan’s previous film Aayirathil Oruvan dubbed in Telugu as Yuganiki Okkadu was a blockbuster and it increased fans rate in Tollywood as well.
