For Branch Banking in Metro/Urban Centres:



1. Branch Head – Grade: AVP / Sr. Manager

Qualification & Experience - 9-10 years of experience in a decision making position in a reputed bank.



2. Branch Operations Head – Grade: Sr.Manager / Manager

Qualification & Experience - 6 years of relevant experience in a reputed bank.



3. Branch Ops Team Member - Grade: Sr.Manager / Manager / Dy.Manager

Qualification & Experience - At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in a reputed bank.



4. Branch Ops Team Member - Grade: Asst. Manager

Qualification & Experience - Fresh Graduates and MBAs from reputed colleges



5. Branch Sales Manager - Grade: AVP / Sr. Manager/ Dy. Manager

Qualification & Experience - Minimum 4 years of Sales and Team handling experience, preferably in the area of retail Banking



6. Relationship Manager Priority Banking - Grade: Sr.Manager / Manager / Asst.Manager



Qualification & Experience - 2-3 years experience in Banking industry, preferably in managing the affluent segment. MBA (Marketing) from reputed colleges will be preferred.



For Branch Banking in Semi-Urban / Rural Centres

1. Branch Head – Grade: Sr. Manager

Qualification & Experience - 6 years of relevant experience in a reputed bank. Local Language will be preferred.



2. Operations Head – Grade: Manager

Qualification & Experience - 3-4 years of relevant experience in a reputed bank. Local Language will be preferred.



3. Branch Ops Team Member – Grade:

Qualification & Experience - Officer Fresh Graduates and MBAs



For Corporate Banking Operations (CBO)

1. CBO Official – Grade: AVP / Sr. Manager / Manager



Qualification & Experience - Graduate with Minimum 1-4 years of relevant experience required.

Educational Qualification: Minimum educational qualification for all posts is GRADUATION in any faculty from recognized university.
